The online abstract submission is a simple step-by-step process and will ask you to input the following details:

  • Abstract title: word limit is 30
  • Presentation type: Electronic Poster
  • Theme: chosen from the theme list
  • Presenting Author: Name, affiliation, department and country
  • Co-Authors: Name, affiliation, department and country
  • Abstract document: The abstract word limit is 250. Graphs and tables must not be included.

E-Poster

Accepted poster presenters will be asked to produce a poster for display at the conference.

Presenters are asked to take note of the following guidelines when producing their poster:

  • All posters will be displayed in E-Poster format.
  • It must be formatted in Microsoft PowerPoint using a template.
  • The recommended fonts are Arial, Tahoma, or Verdana, and the font size must be larger than 10.5 pt to ensure proper visibility.
  • The use of videos or effects is not allowed. The file size must be under 5 MB.
  • It must be uploaded as a PDF.
  • Only one slide is required.

All abstracts must be structured using the following four section headings or they will not be considered.

  • Objective: The hypothesis tested or the purpose of the study.
  • Methods: Details of the study design or protocol.
  • Results: Results of the study with appropriate statistical inferences.
  • Conclusions: Clinical importance and potential significance of findings.

The submitted abstract must adhere to the abstract submission guidelines outlined on the conference website.

  • The abstract must be submitted in English.
  • Please ensure the abstract has only been submitted once for ICOMS 2025. Please do NOT submit duplicate abstracts. If you wish to make a change to your abstract after you have finalized your submission, please email jkilgore@iaoms.org or iaoms-alacibu2024@bcocongresos.com
  • It is the responsibility of the presenting author to submit the abstract. They are the main contact for the submission, and it is their responsibility to keep their coauthors informed.
  • The presenting author must be available to present at the conference.
